the chefs
We assembled a special team to ensure the chefs had a great experience. Karla Caceres, the designer, gathered Cecelia and Marcela as producers, and Patricia Rivero worked as a food stylist to prove all the recipes could be done.

We curated a mix of memorable and emerging chefs from Lima. The main list included classic chefs like Ichiban 50best Mitsuharu, Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, and Isolina’s Jose del Castillo, alongside new talents like the Ladybee’s couple Gaby Leon and Alonso Palomino. Creative figures like Rodrigo Alzomora, Richi Martins, and Juan Diego Vargas joined us, along with rising stars like my friends Angelo Aguado and Aldo Yaranga.

In teams of five, they developed a banquet with four different themes: barbecues, seafood, Peruvian creole, and vegetarian. They also included some of Wong’s best-kept secrets, like their karamamdukas and roasted chicken. The printed version was supervised by Cencosud and was a gift for their bigger suppliers and clients. Nice hit.
